One of the best meals we had on our last trip to Italy was one that we cooked ourselves. We bought some fresh gnocchi at a local pasta store in the Garbatella neighborhood in Rome and dined on gnocchi two ways, both with a simple sugo (or tomato sauce) as well as panna and funghi (a porcini-flavored cream sauce.)
Not very instructional. It does serve as an added resource, it has good close-up photography.
