@wisewomantradition You need to download a video converter. My husband uses Any Video Converter by AnvSoft he downloaded for free. When you convert the file it can cause it to loose quality. Don't change the sound volume before converting the file it will lower the sound . If you are using external pc speakers on a desktop computer you can lower the speakers so you don't infer with the volume of the converted file. I hope this helps if not please pm for more info.
Many Blessings, Mrs.NAN

safehouse123 - hello...are you unable to hear as well? It broadcasts loud and clear on our computer monitor...at a moderate volume level...too loud to even have the volume up more than halfway..

Yes...am thinking an attached mic might help you? Maybe the input is the issue? Anyway...thank you for all you do...and may you have peace today!

Hi....we have two video recorders...one is an expensive one, however we can not suss out how to convert the video to upload to Youtube..not in the correct format. This video recorder would take an attached mic. The video recorder that we use for the youtube uploads is the flip...it is very easy to use and the recordings are in the correct format for Youtube...as you guessed, the Flip does not allow for an attached mic. What is strange, really, is that nearly everyone can hear the videos a-ok.
