Houston does have the best rap music in the south. The most consistant too. I'll go as far as nationally also. Think about it, Houston has had good rap music since the late late 80s till now. Atlanta has been off an on for the past 20 years. Talking about consistantly. rap a lot , sauve house, suc, to the ones that's holding it down now. Seems that Houston has the longevity.
