While this video is great explanation for exercising calves, I do wonder how long it would take if you wanted to exercise all the necessary muscles by completing a 'traditional workout'.. Just my 2cents worth :-)

When I want to gain muscle I try always doing as many as I can. I hope that's not bad for me. For getting toned then I worry about quantity of reps in a set.
