  • While this video is great explanation for exercising calves, I do wonder how long it would take if you wanted to exercise all the necessary muscles by completing a 'traditional workout'.. Just my 2cents worth :-)

  • When I want to gain muscle I try always doing as many as I can. I hope that's not bad for me. For getting toned then I worry about quantity of reps in a set.

  • try 3 x 10 , you can also put dumbbells in your hands

  • How many reps per set and how often to gain muscle in calves?
