Bail Enforcement Agent

In this CCTV footage we see a Detroit MI based Bail Enforcement Agent from Forfeiture Services apprehending a fugitive inside a local 7-11 Store.

Although the defendant being detained by the Bail Enforcement Agent had complied with all the terms of his Bail Bond and made all his scheduled court appearances he was placed back in jail and his bond was revoked because the co-signer decided she did not want to be responsible for the $20,000 bond after he told her he was planning on fleeing the state to avoid a possible prison sentence.

It turned out this defendant also had 5 out standing warrants for his arrest in unrelated cases.

He is considered innocent until convicted in a court of law.
