I really like this video, I do an Aerobic workout 3 times a week twice a day...I like doing this on my days off of aerobics to strengthen my muscles and tone :)

I enjoyed the video, the basement is such a mess right now full of cardio machines it's all I had room for. I found some of the leg exercises very difficult, I guess I need to work into them.

cheap way of doing this...buy some bunggee like that you find around a tarpoline tie two loops in it and your away you can also skip with it once you find the exsersices easy use two buggees together or even plat them hoofing.....
