In this demo we show an iPhone Application that enables callers to interact with an IVR system multi-modally. In the demo, the caller calls an IVR application hosted by Angel from their iPhone and then interacts with that application by speaking and typing, as well as listening to audio instructions and viewing images. As the demo illustrates, trouble-shooting an issue such as Internet connectivity problems is far more natural and less taxing when the caller is able to view images as the system is guiding them through the troubleshooting steps.
