Pistol Whip Evasion Test and Timing (Guild Wars 2, GW2, Thief)

As you can see, pistol whips evade is much closer to 1.5 seconds. It is not 3 seconds of evade. Go to 1:20 for the slow down.

It also has a build up time, including the shimmering fizzy phase where you'd expect to be evading, but are actually not. Correct time for when evades start are right after the evasion animation *ends*. Odd timing, but that's what the video shows.

Build up time is about 1.3 seconds. You have to know a little over a second before the hit is coming that you have to evade. Seems like a tough timing issue that would require more practice to get good at.
