Our robot is running around, grabbing the ball, lifting and dropping the ball over the overpass. Need to work on lifting faster and ensuring that the ball goes over the bar instead of falling back into the overpass. Our next video will show the improvements.

wow, great job team 1071!
i'm not trying to brag or anything, but my team(2344) tried the gripping the ball from the sides approach and we ran into a bunch of problems, like not getting enough grab on the ball, and stability issues... i'm looking forward to seeing you guys in competition though!

pretty cool design! I like the arm
but stability is going to be an issue when it's extended on that small base, especially with other robots driving in the same arena.
