Escale d'une journée pour deux allemands et un espagnol sur l'aérodrome de Serres/la Bâtie-Montsaléon (Quo Vadis http://www.quovadis-aero.com) le 11 juillet 2011.
Three "Kiebitz" biplanes stopped lasted night on the airfield. Theses machines, biplanes and two-seaters, considered Ultra-Lights, are of German design. With a 7.6 m wingspan, an empty weight of 240 kg to a maximum permissible weight of 450kg in flight, they are powered by small petrol engines developing between 60 and 80 hp. This allows them a maximum speed of 125 km/h and a cruising speed of 110 km/h. More about Kiebitz here : http://www.aero-hesbaye.be/dossiers/Kiebitz/Kiebitz.html
