JOHN MCCAIN: Well, first of all, if you have $5,000 refundable tax credit, then you--and you are able to go around any place in this country, which you are not allowed to do so today, I think you can find a much less expensive health insurance policy-- Number one. Number two: If you have a condition that we call chronic condition or pre-existing conditions, then we're gonna have to provide Government Approved Programs, which means that we will have to have the federal government and the state [...] government contribute and make significant financial investment in providing those people, who cannot get health insurance, affordable health care who have [...] chronic and pre-existing conditions.
