the antenna is horizontally polarized, I think it is better for DX, in addition to a rotating antenna of this type is the best mechanical solution. greetings

No, the delta loop antenna is a rotating classical, I have a video showing where it is appreciated. is made from aluminum, although I use a delta 40 meters of thread that is nearly flat and works very well. Greetings
