They put Warsaw as a city-state. I guess this game realy is ignorent.

In one of the games I was playing, I was ally with Warsaw (Poland) and they took over an enemy city. I thought it was awesome, but then they rased the captured city after a few turns.

Then you must be full of luck. Either that, or I did something wrong in my game.

Ramkhamhaeng, Napoleon, Genghis, and Alexander are usually in every game I play. By personal experience, these are the some of the most aggressive leaders. But I rarely go to war with them, and when I do, Usually only one or two civs will think I'm warmongering (That goes away after a while anyways).

You know what sucks more than the aggressiveness; I bought the full game, and every DLCs to the game from the Spanish, the Polinasians, the Danmark and even Gods and Kings on my MacBook, but then a "friend of mine manage to destroy my mac, so my parents got me a Windows 8, but after I re-bought Civ V and I tried to put my mac DLCs on my Windows, the folder was unreadable to the game, and it did not skip lines for the programming. :(

I suppose I'll have to bleed for money again.

Then either you're lucky, or you only played against friendly civs. :)

What difficulty do you play on? I play on Prince, and the AI aren't that aggressive.

That's a great solution which almost always works, but you're not as productive with other goals. Growth, Science, Gold, Improvements and Diplomacy become secondary with this process. I lost to the Iroquois on Science while playing as the Germans by trying this. Very humiliating.

Whenever any other civs get mad at me for no reason, I kill them. Build up a massive army, but don't attack unless provoked.
