I don't know what track this was at, but for a NHRA sanctioned event, that was the saddest, bush league safety safari response I have ever seen!
These clowns come out of the trucks wearing t-shirts and shorts, then the guy falls off the truck !
If that fuel tank would have blown, the driver would have been the only one wearing nomex and likely to be o.k. .
NHRA should use this as a training film on what NOT to do in an incident.

Time limit for pre-staging is 20 seconds after the 1st car has pre-staged. ..., the starter who operates the christmas tree should be fired. The starter was probably related the the zombie. The Zombie and starter completely disrespected Mr Norm, Mr Norm should have won by default.

that was total crap. the zombie should have been dq'd for waiting too long and " burning up" mr norms car. those motors were not meant to run that long.

If u look at the valve covers on the zombie, he is clearly running a pontiiac power. they are tall and narrow. With a bowtie would be wide and short...u moron
