Seriously half of these comments are soo damn ignorant. THE TORTOISE CAN HANDLE A COUPLE KIDS ON IT!! the creature is capable of lifting alot more weight than two kids. It isnt abuse no more than it is abuse to ride a Horse. If you honestly think its wrong to do than you are completely ignorant of what a Tortoise is capable of. Heck throw a saddle on it and all you have is a really slow horse.
