  • Often I see similarities with my faith and things that I can learn from and incorporate from Buddhism. We address similar issues, use many similar methods, from forms of meditation, yogic postures, mantras, visualizations and breathing techniques found in both Buddhist and Qabalistic mysticism and forms of Judaism. I think the biggest misunderstanding is that when Buddhists revere the Buddha to the discomfort of Jews, they are revering the Buddha in all, the Ruach, inside all life, connecting us
