Here's a demo of the HP Pavilion dv2 and Call of Duty World at War. Game play is fast, over 30 fps as long as you tone down the special effects and resolution.

  • so do you think i could play cod 5 on my hp pavilion dv6? i just orderd cod on ebay for 10 bucks wanna do all the fun custom maps lol.

  • WOW! i just got this on eBay, now I'm more excited for it :D

  • Hey, I can play Just Cause 2 finely with this laptop.

You just need to configure the laptop properly and you can play any game out there.

If you think I'm joking, check out the video I made of the laptop running the Just Cause 2 Benchmark.

  • what is everyones top weapon? i adore a rpg personally. its really easy to eliminate many people with it! my roomie calls me the noob for making use of it but who cares. i am kinda new i suppose! however at the very least i didnt have to pay for the game. i down loaded it free of charge from mw2forfreeZinfo (replace Z with . ) a few days ago

  • wats ur resolution?

  • if you really want to buy gaming laptop with good price buy Asus refurbished , it came with 9800gs or 260gtx ,,,,,,,,

  • i just stick to my desk top for gaming and both the desktop and laptop for video editing, although i'm mainly a console gamer. i think the next laptop i will be getting is going to be an hp though.

  • Yukon is better than suck intel!

  • i love ultra portable laptops, because to me a laptop should be small, it shouldnt weigh 8lbs like some of the massive laptops out there that may be more powerful then this dv2, but if a laptop weight 7-8lbs how portable is it really? shouldnt you just stick to a desktop for gaming??? but i still like the fact that the dv2 has enought balls to run video games decently. i think the dv2 is awesome.

  • how does it perform compared to core 2 duo notebooks?
