no thats not in the fortress. its in the abandoned research rig which is in the brink. they made it look the same so that the fans can understand what was going on there (the program with the dark warriors)

I think they just went to some factory that had the same dark eco pump as the old fortress....but I still wonder what coud happened to other characters :(
