@katiekat332 not really, i have white ones as well and they make the room look foggy, but the red ones dont really affect my vision of colours. I notice is does mess up my peripheral vision (like u will notice people "sneaking up on u" b/c u didnt see them coming and then they are right beside you) and also depth perception goes out the window so dont bother trying to catch anything
