Salmon Worm

Salmon with a lovely worm. Be careful when eating salmon now, you can still eat it, but just make sure that the white "things" aren't worms.

Just make sure its frozen first or cooked at 70 degrees centigrade for at least two minutes before consumption

Nuke it or freeze it. I had a 5.6 m tapeworm pass through me about five years ago almost certainly because I ate so much raw fish, as well as plenty of bouts of food poisoning. Ever since I started to freeze/nuke fish before eating it, no problems at all.
