Despite getting two non-consecutive trips (I took the guest room lifts after riding up) I ended up getting the same car twice. Doesn't really matter as both are identical. Nice, but blandly lit cabs coupled with a fast gearless motor. Despite there being only two cars crowds are never a problem in the hotel entrance hall.

Brand: Schindler
Installed: 2000
Machine: Gearless Traction
Floors Served: *G, L
Fixtures: MT
Ride Quality: Fine

  • I rad that sign at 0:08. How did you get in?

  • @escalatorgeek881 Just walked in. They never check guest cards during the day.

  • @revo8778 After hours.

  • These might be Series 2 500A.

  • These move just like the guest room elevators. 700 afaik.

  • Isn't L the equivalent of floor # 20?

  • Floor 21 I believe.

  • Than what is that sign for? The hotel elevators?

  • No. You are wrong. Schindler 700 is the older HIGH rise, for skyscrapers. I believe only 1 skyscraper in the city has them. I will give you a link if you want.
