You must be talking about the skydome, just search for the string "skydome" in the config and add a skydome image.

You'd be surprised, like you can check from my other videos, i have a acer 5102 with a onboard ati xpress 1100 (200m) with 128Mb shared ram. it's hardly a killer videocard but it gets the job done. also, aquarium uses less then 1% of my cpus (compiz also never peaks above 5% of cpu usage, since almost 100% of the job is handled by the GPU. the wonders of linux + open source :) yes, vista is slow/memory hog, but compiz has much more and uses much less resources.
