When we left off, Jay and Joe were heading to the Empire State Building and Kevin and Taryn were buying BIRTHDAY gifts for Joe...


*Nick and Caroline*
Frankie: I'm bored.
Caroline: You don't wanna ride the roller coaster again?
Frankie: No, it's boring now. I don't wanna ride those anymore.
Caroline: What are we gonna do?
Nick: What do you wanna do, Frankie?
Frankie: I wanna play with Joe.
Nick: Joe's not here, Frank-Wait. Do you wanna buy Joe a birthday present?
Frankie: Yeah! Let's buy Joe a birthday present!
Caroline: Okay, let's go.

*Joe and Jaydlyn*
Jaydlyn: Is this the empire state building?
Joe: Yeah. Let's go inside and see. Hopefully nobody will notice me.
Jaydlyn: What time is it?
Joe: It's 3:45. Let's go to the top and see the city from there.
*They get into the elevator*
Joe: Let's push all the elevator buttons.
Jaydlyn: Why?
Joe: Why not?
Jaydlyn: *laughs* Joe, I know you can be random sometimes, but right now, I'm not following you.
Joe: Just to see whats on every floor.
Jaydlyn: Whatever you say. Start pushing away.
Joe: *pushes all the buttons* There.
*It took them about 30 minutes to get to the top of the building.*
Joe: Look.
Jaydlyn: Oh. My. Gosh. Okay. *takes out camera* This is like, 20 more pictures.
*They spent about 15 minutes taking pictures.*
Joe: Okay, it's almost five now. Let's go to Chinatown, and I'll call the helicopter guy to pick us up somewhere there. Then we'll head back to Virginia. We'll catch a taxi to get there so we can save time.
Jaydlyn: Lead the way.
*They didn't get to Chinatown till about 5:30*
Jaydlyn: This is not how I imagined at all. But it's so nice! Joe, we have to get some Chinese food.
Joe: Yeah, let's eat now.
*They ate and did a little more walking around until 6:15, and then they caught the helicopter back home*

*Kevin and Taryn*
Taryn: Does Joe have any Switchfoot shirts?
Kevin: Honestly, not that I know of.
Taryn: Well, we can get one. And what about an iTunes gift card?
Kevin: That's a great idea! But that would definitely be all for music.
Taryn: Then we can get him some shoes or something.
Kevin: Shoes. And then we can go back and get Nick, Caroline and Frankie.
Taryn: *phone rings* Hello? Hey Caroline...Huh?...Um, okay. Hold on...Kevin, Nick and Caroline are birthday shopping, too.
Kevin: Then we can catch up with them. Where are they?
Taryn: Where are you?..Okay, we'll meet you there. Don't go anywhere...Okay...Bye. They ended up at Macy's.
Kevin: Macy's?
Taryn: Yep. Let's just go and see what they were up to.
*They found Macy's and Nick, Caroline, and Frankie*
Taryn: One question. How did you end up here?
Caroline: Honestly, I don't know. We just did.
Kevin: Nice. So, did you find something for Joe?
Nick: Not really. Frankie couldn't really make up his mind.
Caroline: There is this music store down that way. Maybe we can find something there.
*They walked down to the music and Caroline gasped.*
Kevin: What?
Caroline: Look at that microphone!
Taryn: Oh my gosh! Look!
*There was a microphone with gold glitter and sequins*
Kevin: Now that's hot.
Nick: Yeah, Joe would love that.
Frankie: I like it! Can I have one, too?
Kevin: Maybe for your birthday, Frankie.
Caroline: Let's get this! It's nice.
*They bought the microphone and drove home to get ready for the finale.*


They're back! What about Jay and Taryn??? Oh, arguement? I don't know....well see. Oh, and what about that microphone? Pretty hot.
