Galore is a gem of a novel. The best book I have read this year so far. Michael whatever you do, keep on writing.

The war is over and rock 'n' roll has happened, Crummey. Try reading some Huxley, Burroughs, Ballard and Burgess before writing your next exercise in sentiment and nostalgia.
