Bear McCreary's beautiful 'The Shape Of Things To Come' from Battlestar Galactica played 800% slower using PaulStretch; this becomes a divine symphony.

Nirvana.

  • beautifuly done. Love the picture. Where is this theater?

  • @bfs1888 That's the Orpheum in Vancouver. They filmed all the Opera House scenes from Battlestar there - the pic is a screengrab.

  • @StephenGraystoneU87 and great sound quwalyttyyyyyyyyy as I can hear !

  • FINALLY ! My pleasure will last for minutes !

  • this is pure gold. sounds kinda like an actual score from an episode, I wonder if Bear ever thought to do this

  • this song thrives off its energy... 800 percent is cool but too slow. anything past 300 percent damages it too much

  • some parts of this, slowed down as they are, remind me of tracks from Vangelis' Oceanic (1996)

  • What would be cool is to see what Bear himself would say on this awesome take of his work.

  • This song puts me to sleep...in a good way! It's like a beautifully trippy dream.

  • modulation gets to me after a bit but nothing you can do about that! quite beautiful!
