An impromptu backflip circle featuring members of St. Louis' own TRICKset and Team Pandora! One continuous shot, starting with 12 people and down to one.... no retakes or spliced in repeats lol.....the bit that goes backwards is actually just laid overtop the same part going frontwards.
Two versions...first the edited, then the non-edited. Might want to take a dose of some motion sickness stuff before watching lol or.....just back up about 4 feet from your monitor hahahahaha
And yeah, I almost fell over twice while filming.
TRICKset & Team Pandora are based in the St. Louis MO area. We do a variety of parkour, gymnastics, freerunning, martial arts, xma, street stunts...etc

hhahahaha nice i remember when i first learned how to backflip i did that not a circle but i did as many backflips as i could for about a hour then after that i couldnt do backflips anymore cuz after a while my body got tired and i started messin up and i ruined my muscle memory. so i learned a perfect backflip n a few minutes then i lost it the same day lol true story so sad :(
