I don't imagine you're going to get your "constitutional rights" back anytime soon. Obama doesn't listen to the constitution, don't you remember he appointed Hillary Clinton to be Secretary of State, and the constitution says she can't serve as senator and any other public office. Her appointment is infact UNCONSTITUTIONAL, but you won't go hearing that in the media will you... your constitutional rights mean nothing to the government, regardless of what party is in charge.

it is NOT a fairly tale. That IS what happened. over and over. Too bad your anger kept them from YOU. This was after we took Baghdad. They were SO happy. WE LOVE GORGE BUCH WE LOVE GORGE BUCH and they DID kiss my son's feet and every other soldier around. They were SO happy to be free from tyranny. My son was injured and was sent to Walter Reed for a time and then came here to recuperate. He watched TV and CRIED. He had NO idea the media HATED bush so much that they would risk soldier's lives.

Oh and I should mention, I'm not a liberal, I'm a conservative. I have voted in every election since I have been of age to do so. I have never once voted for a Democrat for president, until now.

Call me provincial, but I'm really tired of my friends and brothers dying in a desert to free a country with a people who reject freedom and embrace religious tyranny, headed by people... oh by the way... who pretty much all hate America.

Yes, I DO want my constitutional rights back, and so should you. Also, I want to make something completely clear here. You say they kissed your son's feet. Well I was there sweets, and I can tell you that it was not what was happening. It's a cute story, also completely false. At least in the Baghdad that I was walking through. I'm a retired Marine. I was there in the 90s, I was there this time around too. We were not welcomed then and we are not welcome now. Period.

No debate? I welcome it. But your point, while clearly heart felt, has no basis in the international laws which we clearly violated in attacking Iraq. And no, there really isn't any debate on that one. Indeed the Bush administration admitted that it was in violation on international law.

As for the constitution, I have read it, many many times. You could say that's my job. Have you?

The fact is, those laws are in place for a reason, put there for the most part by the U.S. and it's allies.
