That's because of the 3d render he's using. You can either use nocash, wich is faster but some odd lines appear around characters and objects. Or opengl or something like that wich looks way better but has the negative of being slower and characters appear dark.
And the rom is slow becuase his pc sucks lol

i think he dont buy games because their expensive or lets just say that he cant afford it,but here in my country ohh shit most games here are overpriced even in ds theyre price are 50-70 bucks WTF they're graphics and storyline are not that awesome and it disappoints me because their price here are the same or almost same as the ps3,360,and pc games,wish i live in US so i can buy more games that i want so bad

the PC version wouldn't make a good experience at all. It would ruin the experience. Go for the DS version, much more responsive than this version looks to be.
