    I'm not much of a Santorum fan, but the reporter at first asked, "Did you say he was the worst Republican in the country?", which is not what Santorum said; he said "The worst Republican in the country to run against Obama". I'd like to hear the entire speech, because he might have actually been referring to health care in context. You can't really base something off a mere soundbite.
