Impressive! Incredibly difficult song to do live. Perhaps one of the most difficult songs in The Smith's catalog that still works without the strings (I never thought it would). He could have done the mellotron thing. I'm glad he chose not to. David Bowie likes to run tracks something I think is fake others also do like the Verve. Morrissey is incredible live. I've seen him a few times and he is Amazing. He's one of the very few that at times sounds even better live than in the studio.

Hey thanks for this download, one of the greatest songs ever written, when pretty much all of the rockers have faded Smiths & Moz will remain. His band did great with a very difficukt smiths song to do well, and what a true vocal, delivered with due seriousness, unique!

I would to say something for everyone who likes Morrissey and is younger than 20: I'm 12 and I absolutely adore him. You probably think I'm too young to understand his lyrics, but Morrissey himself even said once that intelligence and comprehension shouldn't be judged by age.

Bloody hell he sings this well, the band can't quite do the artful guitars like Johnny Marr, but they're close, and what a profound piece of music, there aren't too many.

I enjoy singing The Smiths' songs as much as I enjoy listening to them. Unfortunately my voice isn't as flawless and beautiful as Morrissey's.. :-(
