This video is saying goodbye to Xl Airways who ceased operations when it went into administration on Friday 12th September 2008. I would like this video to go to all the xl staff who lost there job and holiday plans that have be ruined.

So bcoz u were uncomfy in ur seat that 3000 descent people had to loose there job....perfectic small minded person u are!!!
Thank you 4 the tribute was really nice... shame some people try and spoil things with there infected mouth....but we that worked there still have our memories!!!

xl and zoom were due to merge pulling resources and cash ..
Pity it never happend many people lost their careers...

think with XL it was a case of expanding too quickly, channel express did ok for years, then re-branded to Excel + holiday market then instantly into XL. with the recession it hit them hard. quite alot of new aircraft on lease, including an a330. which "low cost" carrier holds one of them. nice vid tho.

Been my favourite charter airline in the E.U. even I'm not from UK. Liked their 767-200 alot!
