it looks like it might have had an harddrive upgrade, i didnt think 2 gig harddrives existed in 96, espesially in a laptop I had a Pc desktop at the time and it only had a one gig harddrive.....

that screen is part of the system setup. Try replacing the mainboard battery.

they were sooooo slow but they were very reliable i just sold mine on ebay for £50

I loved this computer, It was my first laptop ever.
I punched the screen after getting angry at someone and thats how it died.

3 people couldnt get their satellite pro 420cdt to boot.

feature's....? it's a old laptop do u really need to know feature's It's not like anyone would buy a laptop this old lol unless a old PC Collector but incase u want to know it has a Printer port/serial port/PS/2 port/VGA port/Type1/2 PC Card slot 800x600 display and a "special" dim plug for Toshiba's External Floppy drive i also own nothing to special 2MB of graphics memory i believe
