Now go tell dad your ignorant and see if he still thinks your his. Its the thickness of the case that keeps the water below the electronics while it drains. If you dry this PC out right it will work again.

ROFL he used the wrong laptop, thats the wrong model. its like my inspiron 15r isn't the inspiron 15r thats smaller and can be more customized in a different frame.

My T60 had coffee cup overturned on it (accident)... immediate blackscreen, literally washed it out including brief total immersion, working fine again now after a good dry out (a bit of dismantling to do this properly).
