Robot Tube Bender

Automation IG's robotic tube bender utilizes a modular design, PLC controls, and OI-15 HMI. Our seam-finder module ensures tube alignment for strength, quality, and consistency. An off-the-shelf Motoman HP50 robot eliminates costly transfer arms and machine alignment issues common with traditional linear tube benders. The robot also performs all tube handling which allows for unprecedented capabilities from a full-production tube bending system. All bend programming is performed through the OI-15 HMI, eliminating the need for robot-training of operators. With a modular system design and the flexibility of a robot, Automation IG's Robotic Tube Bender provides cost-effective full-production capabilities.
