This spanish tortilla recipe was given to me by my friend Pizarro who use to run Brindisa and I'd say it is the best spanish tortilla I've ever tasted ;-)

Hey Smartsis ! Yes I should have mentioned - I just cut the peppers into strips and then fried them off in some olive oil first... the recipe is actually inspired by one of my favourite Spanish restaurants in London called Brindisa - its in Borough Market which is a London foodie Mecca ! Hope you enjoy it :-)

@patrickdrake I'm from Barcelona, dude. Are you going to tell me how to cook a Spanish tortilla? come on!!. Potatoes, eggs, onion, olive oil and salt, this is all that you need. Anyway, you can find at YouTube several authentic recipes from Spanish people (audio in Spanish, English subs). I'm sorry, but youtube doesn't allow link in the answers. Another solution, come to Spain, and you will see the difference :-D
