At risk youth ages 5-18 represent a demographically identifiable subgroup. Our goal is to help at risk youth in Palm Beach County build a bridge out of poverty through a structured program teaching practical life skills to build character, health & fitness education, goal setting, and utilizing peer to peer team relations and problem solving.
At-risk youth face barriers, require gender-and culturally responsive strategies, and necessitate a specific focus within neighborhood communities to increase their level of social, academic achievement, high school graduation, and college enrollment. The program is unique in that we have created modules that incorporate all aspects of leadership traits, health and wellness (mind and body) with a specific focus to guide participants down a path towards success.
A Taylored Heart Foundation would like to see the end of generational poverty. By offering at-risk kids the opportunity to build a bridge out of poverty through our Educational Leadership, Sports, Fitness, & Wellness Programs. We recognize the unique barriers faced by youth in gender, social awareness, cultural awareness, and cultural responsiveness implementing structured programs to build positive character. The SUCCESS program encompasses our mission to help at-risk youth become a

The MISSION STATEMENT created by a group of diverse teens from South Florida illustrates our vision through their eyes.
A Taylored Heart Foundation is here to help you reach your dreams no matter what the cost. No matter what it takes for you to try and give it your best shot. We are all about inspiring kids to be successful then being there to help them do just that. We picture a world where you can achieve your goals, help others, and better yourself in the pulse that is a Taylored Heart. We are about kids that are less fortunate needing guidance and structure towards success. Our world is a society of diverse communities that are separated by social status. Different communities equal different opportunities, which means not everyone can obtain the same chance to receive money or better conditions. A Taylored Heart Foundation wants to help build a bridge out of generational poverty, giving at-risk children of all ages equal opportunities to receive better conditions and ultimately help them to build a better life.
