I prefer 4 koma Jotaro, he is simple and is all you need. Save the extra koma space for help komas like Gyro Zeppeli to get an extra special gauge!
6 koma Dio is best, because his time stop is much faster than 6 koma Jotaro, and therefore much more useful.

The supports arent all good for jojo on this game, though my faves are.
2Koma Jotaro: Instant kill sometimes near ledges
2Koma Jolyne/Joseph: Stun effect is awesome near ledges!
2koma Josuke: C'MON! Getting healed by crazy diamond is AWESOME!
3Koma Jolyne: Has Great range and can push people away and hit multiple people grouped together
3:Koma Johnathan: great for those who like to block!
3:Koma Giorno: great hits and last one sends enemy flying at an angle to die!
