As you patiently wait ten minutes for the fueling station to extract enough energy from the solar panel to create enough hydrogen to eventually run the car, you can't help wondering why you didn't just strap the solar panel and a battery to the car and be done with it?

Die Idee ist doch, mit dem Wasserstoff (H2) schnell und unabhängig vom Wetter Energie für unterwegs einladen zu können. Das Sonnnenpanel soll bei diesem Modell demonstrieren, dass die Energiegewinnung CO2-neutral und umweltfreundlich geschehen kann. Natürlich kann man auch neuen Akkus in Autos packen, die dann aber längere Zeit aufgeladen werden müssen. Und in Deutschland scheint die Sonne nicht jeden Tag.

it is stupid because you have to burn the hydrogen. They are using a chemical reaction with metal hydrite and hydrogen to produce power. So it is lame. They should use cooking oil and hydrogen in a gas motor. You could use the hydrogen to make a balloon and float away.
