Bliss had a pretty good year in 09 (won a race, was high up there in points) but he tore up a lot of cars.

@maxipads1441 I see what you're saying, but what caused them to collide?.... Bliss did get aero loose and had to chase his car up the track. He eventually sealed the deal by getting into Leffler, but he definately got aero loose. Rusty was right this time.
