@AxePittbull the only thing to do is keep trying. Point your foot in the direction where you want it to go and it will eventually go there. I've been practicing for over a year and it's only now that my left foot can wrap around....barely. Still can't do it on the right but, they say BIkram is a game of millimeters. Keep practicing.
Bikram yoga is amazing, i recomoned it for overweight ppl, athletes with injuires, toning ur muscles, flexibilty, fat loss!!!!! This will change ur life as it helps ur skin, ur blood system and evrything ur health will e amazing, do it 4 times a week if not everyday!!!
@fresswolf I suppose it depends on the person doing the yoga.I havent run into that problem. And I havent run into any individuals that have had the issue of overstretching. I like it myself and I would definitely recommend it.
'People in London don't sweat enough.' Really? This woman has obviously never been on a tube in the rush hour. Think the guys who go have an advantage though - plenty of eye candy for them. But not sure I want to be so close to so many old men with beer guts hanging everywhere. Eugh.
Come on ! Most people dehydrate themselves on a night of drinking ! Just look at people who do yoga, they all are healthy and optimistic. Gotta love the lifestyle man.
@scarred10 Not true. I took a semester of Bikram Yoga last year at my university. I only had it twice a week and I didn't really change much else in my lifestyle (eating, other exercise) but I lost about one pound a week from it.
@scarred10 It is actually quite effective for weightloss - many of the secondary affects also affect body mass through regulation of appetite, encouraging you to hydrate well, etc.

She describes it as "moany" ... really? ( 0:50 ) ; having to create false imagery like that just pisses me off.

Stretching in a hot environment is quite dangerous, as you can easily overstretch. So I wouldn't recomment that

BIKRAM YOGA works, I tried other yoga`s but not really successful, Bikram changed all that, it changed my life and will change yours, give it a go.
