Yeah, he got arrested for OUI which is Operation Under the Influence 2nd offense which he will be in for at least 30 days, but no more than 2 1/2 years, a fine from $600-1000, and license suspension for 2 years, failing to stop to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, operating to endanger, and having defective equipment. For the second offense that I said, the judge might made an alternation. He was a 60 year old man. The mother and one baby was released, the other is in observation in the hospital.
