I totally agree with you. This show would be dramatically more useful if he gave at least approximate amounts of ingredients. He doesn't tell you the amount of ANYTHING!

I don't understand the chefs on cooking shows who do not provide exact amount. Just a pinch of this.. a little bit of that.. that helps no one! Chef please provide the exact quantity (1 cup/1Tbsp/1tsp etc). Thanks!
