@TheDslide the trick to all variations is just relaxing...try controlling your breathing and breath out to help your legs come down

Is ur head suppose to be tilted to the way u spin when ur doing continuious headspins like in the video?

@danielpark56 i tend to look just a little bit, the ideal scenario is that everything is locked and straight. sooo the answer is that you are not supposed to, but unless you master it, you will probably tend to look slightly in the direction that you are spinning.

but how u record a video from a normal motion to slow motion?

@bboyzuel on the back there is button to record video, u switch it to HS then use the SET button or the lft or rght button on the wheel around the SET button you will see the 30-120 or 30-240 highllighting change, and then when you play it back, it will reflex how and when you pushed those buttons and switched back and forth :) hope this helps
