Injured service personnel have been taking part in a week of yacht racing off the Isle of Wight. The Toe in the Water Charity helps troops from all three services to move beyond their injuries and experience the team work and camaraderie involved in competitive sailing. Cowes Week off the Isle of Wight has been running since 1826. It is the largest regatta of its kind in the world, with 40 races a day, 1,000 boats, 8,500 competitors and 100,000 spectators. Among those taking part this year were Private Chris Herbert who lost his right leg in an IED explosion in Iraq. Now 4 years later Private Herbert says he can't get enough of sailing.
