Escorting v. Prostitution: A Documentary

What is the difference between an escort and a prostitute? What do they do? Does anyone know? This is the first installment of a continuing project. I intend to pursue these questions further. This is the version for a project for one of my classes at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.

So some escorts, sure, do "sex-work" to get more money, but that's only a part of escorting. There are many- far, far more expensive escorts that are strictly no sex.

Escorts aren't supposed to be anything like prostitutes. While most escorts modernly engage in sexual acts, the original intention for the difference between the escort and the hooker is that an escort is supposed to offer companionship. Today, there are two groups of escorts and while the documentary was good, you never represented the other half of escorts.
