C-SPAN Documentary - "Faggot"

Early September (of 2009), lovely Ms. Kidd, our Video Tech II teacher, presents us with not only a documentary project, but one that would be submitted to C-SPAN's StudentCam contest, and has a chance of being showed on national television. The documentary was required to be 5-8 minutes covering either one of America's greatest strengths or a challenge America is facing.
Neither me nor my partner, Brianna Linville, are very patriotic so we chose to do a documentary on a challenge. We dabbled through some ideas and almost went with the separation of church and state when we stumbled upon another issue in society, one that you see/hear/experience daily, yet might not think twice about: misinterpretation of homosexuality.
It started with the misuse of the word 'gay' and from there skyrocketted into the 8 minutes that you see here.

this made me tear up a lil bit it made me feel like a belong and im not alone and there are more people out ther that feel and are the same way. im glad i watched this i now feel happy about who i am and what i and wat i stand for. i no longer feel like a piece of a puzzle tht will never fit in....i think i jus found my piece in the puzzle and i am happy to be ther i dont i dont think i would wantnto fit in any other picture bsides that beatiful vibrant rainbow flag :)

I have no negative feelings torwards homos, and no God doesn't hate you he hates no one he just doesn't approve of your life style and if being homo is a "natural thing or a choice" why didnt God make Adam and Steve instead of Adam and Eve. Just came across your terriffic work here and wanted to show my support for it. Nice to see that you wont let yourself be bashed by that common brainwashed primates that believe in fairytales and are willing to discriminate others for they are hating themselves that much (because they know they are laughable but are too fearful to change their lifes because god could punish them, lol²) no one should be forced to obey in a rapist, sexist & oppressive god and his warmongers.
