Part 1 of 3 - In this video I'll show you how you can change your behaviour into the way you want to behave. You can do this by changing your thoughts and feelings by using a simple form that can help you in every situation.

  • This is so great, I was recently diagnosed with BPD and I felt completely lost in that world and wasn't sure what the next step was in my life. You have helped so much.

I have bpd too ad understand where you are coming from but anyone would be lucky to have you as a friend.   • With my past depresion, anxieties and associated negative behaviors, I trained with and began using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - See The Happiness Trap by Russ Harris....It would be interesting to see how these two inputs are similar and different as they both kind of aproach it in the same manor or so it seems!

  • i would like to change my personality because most of the time i think negatively and it gets old. also another reason for it is because i want a girlfriend. i would like to emulate Channing Tatum. he has an awesome personality and i think he's cool.

  • I really noticed more an more while watching your videos that I feel quite the same when in these situations. I am starting to think that I might have BPD, but I cannot afford to go to a therapist. I am going to try these exercises and see if they help. Thanks for showing this to me the website is in a different language lol, I wouldn't be able to understand it. You are really awesome, I am happy that I found your channel :)
