Well he's in election, put his party is not. They're in coalition. Really, the Conservatives are in government, with input here and there from the lib dems, they do not have a majority, they do not have the mandate they needed.
-
If this country wanted lib dem policies so much, why didn't it elect them? Their complaining about clegg breaking his promises, but according to the election results much more people wanted the Torys or Labour, so why all this hate against Clegg? If you wanted his policies you should have given him a majority, that's what he needed and he didn't get it. He's not in government, he has to compromise, he stopped tuition fees becoming cap-less, so grow up.

I want to know two things Clegg:
1. How much paper did you use in this video?
2. did you clean up the mess you made and recycle those papers?
-
@TheEmptyHunter I hate to break it to you but many of the promises he outlined were made, or are being made. This includes raising the tax threshold to £10,000, splitting the banks, Pupil Premium, and electoral reform.. well AV was a very modest change, but a positive one. Shame the NotoAV campaign made up amazing lies, which convinced the people that having a voting system where more votes count is some how worse.

Promises broken - yes like raising tuition fees.
-
No wonder they never win...

0 things in this were even fought for. Such a shame, because every one of those things would have been positive, especially a reform of the electoral system and the ability to recall useless MPs. Obviously he wasn't going to be able to change much by being in a coalition with the tories but because he has been relatively spineless he has doomed his party to the political long grass for a long, long time.

What a bunch of crap and lies!
Vote UKIP, or vote for libs, lab or cons, and your voting for dissapointment and lies. UKIP are the only ones to pull this contry back from the jaws of oblivion. A Vote for UKIP, is a vote for Britain and yourselves. Britain needs to start doing the right thing. We need to wake up...

if people actually knew how the change in tution fees works they wouldnt be complaining, and would realise that its better than what labour and conservatives would introduce. - also it was a labour peer who wrote the report saying that fees should rise (without a cap and less help for the poorest students), so dont fool yourself in wanting to vote labour.
Why did Nick Clegg cross the road? Because he said he wouldn't!
