@seabm4 I really don't see the problem. Flashy drummers don't make or break the music. Take The White Stripes drummer, Meg White, for instance. She is often criticized for being a basic drummer, yet they are extremely popular and have had several hits. I wouldn't drop your drummer, Tom.

Is there a video or something where I can see Tom's gear ? I obviously know he a Strat in his hands, what is it ? I think I spy a Roland against the wall to the left. I really couldn't make out anything else.
