Bulova Precisionist 96B131 vs 96B133 Face Off!

WHICH ONE IS BETTER LOOKING????

The 96B131 is on the left and the 96B133 is on the right. The most notable difference between the two watches is that the 96B133 is MUCH MUCH LIGHTER, being made entirely out of Titanium as opposed to the 96B131 which is made of Stainless Steel. THe difference in weight is quite astounding actually. The 96B133 retail value is $699.99 and the 96B131 retail value is $599.99.

The Bulova Precisionist is the most accurate watch in the world with accuracy to within +/- 10 seconds per YEAR. The Precisionist is also the only quartz watch being made right now with a continuously sweeping second hand that beats 16 times per second!!!! SImilar to the old tuning fork Accutrons from back in the 60's. The unprecedented accuracy of the Precisionist watch is due to them adding a third prong to the quartz crystal and increasing the total vibrations to eight times the frequency (262.144 kilohertz)of a standard quartz watch. I think the 96B131 has a little more zing to it given that the face of the watch has black carbon dial with a polished white material surrounding it giving a deeper contrast. The yellow sweeping hand seems to really highlight the brilliance of the watch.

@exportman345 I would have to agree with you and that is why i chose to stick with the 96B131. I returned the 96B133 to the seller, I think mine looks better.

When it comes durability which is better: stainless steal or titanium? Or could both watches take a beating and keep on sweeping?

Nice video. The 96B131 is really an "eye catcher" due it's beauty. The yellow really gives the watch a "pop". The watch is really "designed to be noticed". The 96B133 is nice also, however, it dosent demand as much attention as the 96B131. The 96B133 is also a little more expensive as well. I just bought the 96B131, but the 96B133 is just interesting to me. Nice video for nice watches.
